The Helix Model wasn’t built in a boardroom — it emerged from the challenges leaders actually face every day. Over the past decade, CHC Consulting has worked with leaders in sectors as diverse as retail, banking, manufacturing, and technology.
Again and again, we saw the same reality: linear development models don’t work when change is constant and complexity is the norm.
